New Orleans Third Day - Fourth Shots
PHOTOS TAKEN 03-20-24.
When my husband said I could tag along on his work trip to New Orleans, I was filled with excitement and immediately started planning where I could take photos. I was in New Orleans before Katrina when I was 20. I was touring with my band, and we were able to walk up and down bourbon street with some strippers who came to our show and let us crash at their place for the night. Needless to say, I didn’t get the full NOLA experience back then. I made it a point to make sure we really got to soak up the city and everything we could experience. I tried to capture the creepy vibes and all the colorful buildings and graffiti. All of the amazing architecture, food, culture, etc.
Day 4 (Our Last Day in New Orleans) - We made sure that on our last full day we strolled through the river walk and really soaked in the views of the Mississippi River. It was such a nice walk, and such a great day to do it. We got even more pictures of the bridge, the river, but also some of the statues we saw along the way. One of the statues was for immigrants which you’ll see further down. I tried getting as many shots of the sky as I could since the clouds were plentiful and really set a mood. This was one of the best trips I ever took, and I look forward to going there again sometime in the near future. Until then, Stay Creepy and Spooky New Orleans!
